ALL POSTSVCROC
Okay so apparently most of you don't know this but VCROC was first created to make admins without chat mod abilities. Now that we have no chat why don't we promote all VCROC to proper administrators and scrap the redundant group?

Because the only VCROC for now does not want to be an admin.

<p>We can still use VCROC as a means for vetting potential candidates for Admin as well. Without it, we would promote a user straight from rollback with little to no experience in how to manage the new rights.

(As opposed to promoting someone who turns out to be a bad fit.) Why waste the time removing that title and promoting users who may/may not want the added responsibility of deletion appeal? </p>

</p><p>"We can test their ability to be admin by giving them the same rights as an admin but give them a different name".
</p><p>You add maybe 4 extra things when you go from VCROC to Admin.
