<p>I found this channel on Petit Tube! I was surprised to see something that was actually edited, and not just some camera recording or video created by a bot. </p>

<p>Update on this by the way, a new video was published ~30 mins ago at the time of posting. </p><p>To me this all just seems it could be the beginnings of an ARG, or someone trying to recreate the popularity/success of totally unexplained channels like Webdriver Torso (though that has been explained at this point). </p>

<p>Yeah, that's a good theory. I'm gonna try to decode the audio when I have the time. </p>

<p>I tried viewing the loud static sound effect from Techno Song 5 using a Spectrogram.
