This thread is for issuing notices and warnings related to the Discussions Rules on this wiki (linked here. If you haven't read them yet, you need to read them.)
The rules are subject to frequent updates, so be sure to check them regularly.
This thread is intended to be a place to clearly communicate to users when they have broken or pushed the rules, and to keep track of such notices all in one place. It is not intended to be a "call out" or public shaming system. Thus this thread will remain locked at all times except when new notices are added.
Please do not talk about this thread elsewhere. You don't need to make an apology post if you get a warning here, just read the rules and move on. This is intended to be a drama-free way to remind users of the rules as needed. However, if you continue to break the rules after being warned, you will be subject to bans, and ban notices will also be recorded here.
Previously, we only issued notices on talk pages. This is your chance to review your talk page to see if you have been issued any notices there previously, as we will not be starting over with clean slate for everyone.
If you have questions about the rules, or believe you have been banned in error, please notify an admin on their talk page (mine is linked here for reference, but you can use any admin's talk page.)
