What happens if a story doesn't receive any reviews for a while, do you still have to wait until it gets reviewed before you could submit it to the main wiki or can you go ahead and upload it?
Workshop is not a mandatory thing, you can upload it whenever you like. The thing is, if you are uploading it without the workshop its entirely on you if there are basic grammar issues (spelling, punctuation, tense verb agreements, etc).
