...yeah but-
"Household bleach (like Clorox) is not considered a flammable or explosive substance by itself. However, bleach can present flammability or other hazards if mixed with certain other chemicals. Though bleach might not technically be flammable, this household chemical can still be hazardous and must be used properly."
And-
"Bleach is corrosive, which means it can irritate or burn your skin or eyes. It can also corrode (“eat”) metals. When mixed with certain other chemicals or cleaners, it can produce toxic gases which can damage your lungs or be deadly."
And lets not forget-
That In his cannon story, he was set on fire covered in bleach and gasoline, which, gasoline, is highly flammable. I remember reading that his skin was bleached white and the gasoline dyed his hair pitch black, which might be something that isn't scientifically correct-
"gasoline dye are ideal for coloring cotton fabrics due to the enhanced sustainability, durability, and softness of the product texture. gasoline dye that work wonders for coloring leather, textiles and hair."
Nevermind.
