Simply complaining about the cringe, as much as it demonstrates that there are still some sane people left on the discussions pages, doesn't actually help to stop or counter it. I think that, at this point, we have acknowledged the fact that a lot of what is posted in discussions is pointless, low-effort content. We don't need to keep repeating it; that, in of itself, then becomes pointless, low-effort content. Contributing quality content in is the only way to drown out the vocal, embarrassing side of the wiki that people find so frustrating.

It is pretty cringe worthy to see younger individuals make OCs relating to these old; poorly written pasta characters. However, the thing that worries me most about this is how much they try to relate to the character. It may be out of edginess and it may not. Sometimes it just seems worrisome. This wiki has so many young kids on here.

I don't see a lot of adults interact, which makes me sad. I'm almost 30 and I still adore most of the stories on this wiki. I'm an avid pasta fan.
