I won't go into too much but I'm making some horror novels around my creepypasta OCs and I want to add Zalgo into my books. Would I be legally allowed to put the character in since I can't access the Creator email to ask him?
I would err on the side of caution and just make an original character in their place, even if there’s no “official” copyright to Zalgo (ie: Shmorky automatically holds the IP for the concept).
