Oh yes I am a big fan of the creator :)
It is a creature created by the YouTuber Doctor Nowhere. It can appear on your television and make you unable to move or speak— Basically, it makes you unable to do anything. Phen-228 does this by speaking backwards. (In the video, they have reversed its speaking due to the dangerous outcomes of hearing it originally) This happened on August 13th, 2003. According to the video "THE BOILED ONE PHENOMENON," even though Phen-228 spoke backwards and in English, people who didn't speak English understood it.
