Theoretically, yes. Since intros, or at least the way most people do them, involve releasing personal information about yourself, namely, your name and age, that makes them against the rules.
It's something that's popped up in recent times, mainly by people who are new to the wiki and have no idea how to post to the wiki in a correct format.
I really wish they'd read the rules first.

So looking at that picture, I was actually wrong, it's the Atlantic Ocean it's in.
Also, since I've thought about it a bit, there's one that's actually bigger than 682 that I don't remember the name of, that's so big it shows up on space satellites in the Pacific Ocean.

Also not to rain on your parade but I don't know if Long Horse is actually a creepypasta. I do know about the image though.

Thankfully it seems people are back on topic and want to create new materials. Gives an old fan hope, honestly.
@I am a good girl JVK is super slept on. It's a great creepypasta that isn't about a game, but a mod for a game and I love that it's something that could be within the realm of possibility as a mod someone actually made. Kind of like the MARIO creepypasta rom hack where all the enemies are gone.
Herobrine is okay too but I'm not too familiar with most Pokemon creepypastas just because of the sheer amount of them. I know Pokemon Black and Strangled Red but that's really about it. Shame too because I love the Pokemon series.
Also also, Monster didn't you yourself make an intro?
Yeah I can agree with scribe, it's ridiculous at times.
As for the other one ( I'll refer to you as Monster, I think. I'm on mobile, can't see names atm) that could be used for literally all the people making intros.
Yeah but at the same time then people can at least sort it out.
