That would be a pretty tall order. I think it's possible, but it would most likely require heavy modifications to the story to pass QS.
@Amacooliodude There were some real stinkers I've read. The ones I tend to remember were very NSFW ones due to how brazen, gross they were. One I remember was called "Splitters" that was some edgelord murder gore incest story. Another one was a whole NSFW novel that I didn't notice until the Wikia staff themselves deleted it.
There are probably a good handful of decent creepypastas (and some media) that were posted on the wiki that got deleted or "lost" for numerous of reasons (copyright, ToS crackdowns, author requests. etc). While I was around in the early era of wiki moderating content, I did not really do a good job archiving since the vast majority of the content being uploaded to the wiki was pretty crap.
While I am interested in "lost" creepypasta since I probably might have some insight, I do not remember anything notable or salvageable from the article listing era.
<p>I support the decision of removing myself as admin, which I went ahead and did anyway. I had a good run, but ultimately life got me the balls and I can't contribute to the wiki in any significant way anymore. After all, I was the one that originally wrote up the inactivity guidelines anyway, so I at least I have to follow my rules.

<p>Trigger warnings on this site is pretty redundant due the wiki's nature to host horror stories. Besides, we have the NSFW tag for more graphic stories. Anything beyond that will probably violate the ToU, and will be promptly deleted.

<p>Lol, did you even see the wiki during 2011? There was a massive quality control problem with a rather small administration to deal with the increase of traffic and stories posted. I mostly remember BEN Drowned rip-offs and Squidward's Suicide clones consisting the bulk of newly posted stories around this era.
</p><p>The wiki might have seemed "better" due to creepypastas being popularized around this time, and it was rather a new and exciting thing. Maybe if you took off those rose-tinted glasses you can appreciate how the community as grown and matured.

<p>You tried to upload a story that the abuse filter blocked. From the logs, I saw you tried to upload a page called "Jafari.wmv." Remember that uploading pastas that involve haunted/corrupt file types in the story violates the blacklist ban we have on certain tropes and cliches. I highly recommend posting any future stories of yours on the Writer's Workshop.

<p>After reading your story, I noted some aspects of the story that could be improved on. The first thing I saw is how the protagonist describes the beings (presumably Death), and why she is writing this warning. Especially when she first encountered "Death," I feel should be described more of what she saw from that event, and what made it terrifying. Some imagery could help the reader visualize the beings.
</p><p>Also there are continuity errors I've spotted like where did she write this record if she was running away. Did she write it in a notebook, blog post, or some text file on her phone? If it was a warning, to whom was this addressed to? The news excerpt doesn't seem fully authentic of what you will see from a local newspaper article.
</p><p>Some last notes that could improve the story is to visualize being in the protagonist's shoes. What would frantic teenage girl write if she was chased down by beings that resemble Death?

<p>There is no true "first" creepypasta since creepypasta is usually defined as Internet horror stories and legends. The term itself came from "copypasta," which meant stories that were copied around. I guess you could chalk up the first creepypasta as a chain mail or a copypasta from early imageboards in the 90's.

<p>I see the similarities of the both of them. I mean JtHM could be a possible influence of Jeff the Killer. I talked to the creator of Jeff the Killer, and he mentioned nothing about JtHm, though he didn't write the actual 2011 pasta we all know.

<p>I live in a rather new neighborhood, so there isn't much legends because of not much strange stuff happens, at least not yet. I though I love spreading legends, of course not all of it is 100% factual but it tells a good story.

<p>This pasta is decent. It holds the mystic sci-fi and the unknown element. The twist at the end was nice but predictable. There are no severe flaws of the story of what I see, and it meets the quality standards of the site. Overall, this story does a good job of describing the creature and shows the terror of what it could do.
