Sonic.EXE is not the worst creepypasta ever, in my opinion.
Is it bad? Yes. But it's actually a lot better than most of the trash on the Creepypasta Staff Training Wiki, or worse yet, the CJayMarch Wiki.
What went wrong with these two wikis? Well, with the former, they explain on the main page. As is obvious from the name, it was developed in 2014 for the purpose of training future Creepypasta Wiki staff...but the project fell through that same year and now it is "a reincarnation of the fallen Trollpasta Wiki," as they put it.
The latter went wrong because it was created by a guy who promised to do narrations for the stories written there on his YouTube channel ("DaveTheUseless"), which led to endless spamming and sloppily written stories made solely for the purpose of being read online.
Both wikis are missing any rules or limitations, and thus, have trashy articles that can hardly even be called stories, much less "pastas," that are by far some of the worst things ever written.
In my opinion, Sonic.EXE is not nearly as bad as these stories (though it's still pretty bad).
There were also even worse wikis, namely the Crappypasta Wiki and the Shitpasta Wiki, but both of those have since been shut down.
It seems like people are forgetting about the Badpasta Wiki, Geoshea's Lost Episodes Wiki and Creepypasta Fanon Wiki. Oh, and there's also Scare Factor Wiki.
