Question: When a user is blocked, does the block only extend to discussions or does it extend to use of the entire wiki (a.k.a. use of the Workshop, using Talk pages, etc.)
Why do I ask? I’m trying to talk to Seth (Trainer’s gold) but he is blocked, so I’m not sure what to do. How long is he going to get blocked, anyway?

@William See The man, the myth, the legend--oh wait, he's a wraith, not a man. Has that mysterious vibe quality to him that people find either creepy or awesome. Uses a pen as a weapon, and preferably a dip pen (look it up). Gets really intimidating sometimes, and jumpscares people for fun in the spookiest way possible. Also, "the pen is mightier than the sword."
@Jjokes11: Comic relief dude, but strangely scary when he tells his best jokes. Will crack a joke literally anywhere, and his favorite place to do so is at funerals. Horny as hell. Probably enjoys carnivals because the clowns there love jokes as much as he does (heck, he could even be a clown himself). If he hasn't rickrolled at least one person throughout the course of 24 hours, he considers this a bad day.

A) it was told from the streamer's POV
or
B) it was told from the stream chat's POV (which may be slightly harder...)
