The upside down text is possible via CSS though I am not sure if it can be done inline.

The images with the quotes are possible using a variety of methods, the easiest of which is a table.

Making a text box is done with a mix of JS and HTML but it is not something that could be easily done here.

The MailModule is HTML but the tags required to make it are not supported on Wikia due to security issues.

The best thing that you can do is to use a word processing program to write your story. This allows for all of the basic things you need like saving, spell check, and rich-text formatting.

Just keep in mind that when you are ready to post the story on the site you need to do so in source more or else your document formatting will carry over and mess up the page you are trying to make.

It's quite easy to miss since Wikia pretty much hid the thing.

On Community Central this is probably the second most asked question aside from how to change an avatar.

Be aware that if you try to save anything with images it will probably fail.

It may seem pointless to you but in the end it is an optional convenience for those who want it.

I don't want it per sey, I wanted to do an experiment with some features of HTML5 and this was born from that. I am merely offering it up for those who might get some use out of it.

This doesn't hinder the site or you either. As I pointed out, you don't actually need to do anything in regards to it.

Catering to stupid people is sort of what you do on a daily basis when you fix, reformat, and spell check stories. You also work to make the site look good an easy to navigate for stupid people.

If you wanted to reach you could also say that it would help people with disabilities access content easier on screen readers.

But all of that is entirely beside the point seeing as you don't actually have to do anything to support it.

The amazing thing about JS is that there are many ways in which one could use it.

The most common of which is via the site's JS (which is dropping a line into a file and being done with it). The second most common way is via bookmarlet which is something you drag into your bookmarks bar and click on when you need it.

Either of these two methods require either little to no work from the site administration or from the user.

You'd be hard pressed to consider either of those things a chore (especially when you have to do nothing for the latter).

Other way around. You want stupid people to be able to download stories from the site.

Shh... PDFs are good for stupid people who visit the site to read with 0 comprehension of right click.

Anything you want to see on the site or something that assists you in what ever you do on the site.

This is going above and beyond. Before there were no ranks, just individual 5 star rankings for each story and you had to be logged in to vote. It simply boils down to the fact that there is no way to store data in a persistent manner on Wikia.

There is no chance as there is no reliable way of storing data.
