This is not for the faint of heart. What is the most fucked up manga that you have ever seen. I remember being disturbed by a mother slapping her daughter, because the little girl was upset due to not finding a certain rose. This scene is actually from Umineko no koro ni aka When the Seagulls Cry.
There is also the manga called The Laughing Vampire, which deals with sexual abuse, gore, murder, arson, vampirism and so many other gruesome things.
The story starts with this old lady telling this boy about this person, who had just suffered an apocalyptic disaster. This person was just scavenging through the dead and rubble caused by this disaster and one of the few remaining humans found this person. They took off the person's disguise and were horrified by the person's-no this woman's face. They called the woman an onibaba, a Japanese yokai that takes the form of an old lady and steals the clothes from the deceased (I think that's it). Anyways, they hung this woman and this woman later resurrected as a vampire.
This old lady reveals that she was the hanged woman and proceeds to cut her tongue and make the boy drink her blood. I think she might have bitten him, because that's how vampirism is usually passed on, right?
Anyways, the manga switches to this young girl and her friend. Her friend tells the girl that she can get more money by working as a caregiver. The girl is dragged along with her friend to her client's house, the client is an old man. The friend gives the old man a bath and I think he pays her more for oral sex as his penis is shown sticking out and erect.
The girl, I think fled, because she recalled a personal tragedy of her own. I think the manga suggests that she was raped, because she instantly freaks out in front of her family, especially in front of what I assumed to be her pregnant sister. The girl calls them all vampires and she later finds out that her friend was horrifically murdered, while coming back from her caregiving job.
The girl is also an arsonist, who probably killed some people in one of her housefires.
I didn't read much of the manga after that, because it was just..too unsettling and scary. I don't know if I can even stomach reading more of the manga since all that I wrote was just from the first volume alone. I don't recommend this manga!
Would anybody else want to share their horrific manga experience?
