Friendly neighborhood janitor Will here. Most people voting here probably don't need an introduction, but to recap:
- I have been an on and off contributor to the wiki almost since it's conception, around 2014 to present.
- I've published at least a couple dozen stories in my time here, and have several ongoing series as well.
- Since applying for rollback a few years back, I've also met the prerequisites for admin as well (six months + active, 2000 edits, 600 article contributions and so on). All thats needed is to run through some of the admin templates when interacting with users, and I'll be good to go.
Unfortunately due to life circumstances I've been less active, however I have more availability on my hands now to continue. In my old age I've mellowed out quite a bit, so thankfully the risk of power abuse runs low (unless I'm hungry, in which case its a solid 50/50). 8(
It's no surprise COVID, Fandom's tinkering, and the overall lack of interest and availability for the site has caused our numbers to dwindle and activity to screech to a halt. While I don't have a remedy for the latter, I intend to become more active during this period and continue site clean up, as well as help other writers in the Workshop as much as possible. My love of writing and horror has kept me coming back consistently to this site, and I hope that others here continue to share my enthusiasm in the hopes of creating great things. Thank you for your consideration.

Support - I've yet to see the full capacity of Billy unleashed. Knowing that you're now able to commit yourself to the law and order of this wiki, in a larger capacity, I'd love to witness it. We are in need of more admin staff, for sure. Unless Cleric loves the constant harassment from me, at all hours, I can't imagine why you wouldn't be a good fit for the position.
