Devincooper64's Chat Mod App

Why hello there, if you are reading this that means that you are intrested in this application you are about to read. Or you hate me so much youre probably just here to oppose, which either way, go ahead.

So I am Devincooper64 been here for 4 years, if not 5 years as a lurker. With this I have been a major contributor to the chat with a vast knowledge of the chat, its rules, and users. Along with users, I am major friends with the majority of the chat and well known with both old and new users.

My reason for wanting to be a mod? Despite the large amount of "We have too many mods mofo" complaints always brought up this chat has a lacking amount due to a majority of mods being away or nods being demoted in some cases.

Along with this, I happen to be around at a special time when mods and admins happen to be gone, those special times when the noobs come on and cause issues. I hope to be a contributor to helping out this site (might also apply for some of the other positions to help out with the site itself) and chat since I am well known and can be a great asset to the chat.

As for another, my record is on the cleaner side (Aside from two few day bans and a six month ban thanks to chat migration or whatever it is that Cleric noted) and I dont cause much problems in the chat.

So again, I hope that you guys will consider my app and my above reasons, and support me. Or don't, I don't care either way. My heart is only a muscle being broken after all :D

Edit: I realize that a lot of negativity surronds my rudeness to noobs, I should make clear I am actually aware of this fact. Though this is usually dircted towards those who continually break the rules and then refuse to follow/read them (Like USMC when he first arrived) I am actually quite helpful with the new users around here... at least I think ._.

Oppose - You're responsible and you seem to be able to handle it, but as I've seen, you can be very degrading when new users come to chat. We need a mod who has high tolerance and patience. - CrashingCymbal (talk) 16:55, January 6, 2014 (UTC)
