So, what exactly is a VROC and what is a Rollback? What do they do exactly? Also what is sysop and why aren't they listed here?

- Rollback=Vandal patrol. VCROC=Vandal patrol, cleanup, protection, maintenance, etc. Sysop is listed. Sysops are administrators.
