So, what exactly is a VROC and what is a Rollback? What do they do exactly? Also what is sysop and why aren't they listed here?

- Rollback=Vandal patrol. VCROC=Vandal patrol, cleanup, protection, maintenance, etc. Sysop is listed. Sysops are administrators.

Isn't that literally pretty much what admins are tasked with? So what's the difference between VROC and Admin? Also what does VROC and sysop stand for?
