Part I
JANUARY 10, 2020
When I was younger, I would play these cooking games, called Papa’s (Insert food) ria. They were fun, and many hacked versions with cheats existed. I mostly played those hacked versions for the cheats. I am now an adult, and do office work and play games. Because of this pandemic, I have had to find ways to entertain myself. An old friend recommended I play one of my old favourites, Papa’s Wingaria. I’ll play it in a month or two.
MAY 2, 2020
I decided to play it today. I started a new save, and the game started as normal. I got back into the flow of things. I earned tips, bought a few upgrades. I lost track of time, and I found myself playing late into the night. Once I realized the time, I went to sleep.
MAY 3, 2020
I started the game up again, but my save was gone. A new one was in its place. It was named WHY? I decided to start the save slot. Everything was fine, but the character looked sad, and the character I made was happy. Perhaps my cookies were messed up? I played the game, and then went to sleep.
Part II
MAY 15, 2020
I haven’t written in a while, have I? I suppose I should recap what happened in the time I wasn't writing. I did my job, got a raise, and bought a pizza. I also played some of the game. That's about it. Oh shoot, I have to get to work.
JUNE 20, 2020
I decided to start the game back up again. Now WHY? was replaced by LOST. Now I knew something was wrong. I refreshed the page, but the save was still there. I decided to open it again.
