You should read the Creepy Cliches blog post, it’ll help you with what not to do. Also, the person wouldn’t be writing in the journal if he died. There would also be no sound effects. Unless this is a series of videos saying about the events, but you shouldn’t start with hey journal. Well, you shouldn’t do it period. It’s an old cliche.
