'''Explanation:''' Jackle, Emily, Nicolas, and Edge are four orphans that are born to unknown birth parents. They were one day adopted by a man named Franklin, who formerly works for the government as their most successful and most intelligent scientist in the lab before retiring as a billionaire who's been living a wealthy life. They always enjoy having fun with their adopted father, and so, that's what they thought it is.

Franklin was later revealed to be a mad scientist who has developed a hatred towards humanity due to him being "smarter than them," just a few years ago, Franklin's delusional desires cause him to encourage the government is starting a project mainly focused on human evolution, this was Franklin's childhood dreams, he was obsessed in creating a real-life superior lifeform. However, it was declined since the project was too risky, and yet it is very hard to make something that the world considers as fictional to be real, yet this is against humanity.

Franklin was enraged from hearing their response and eventually quit his job while isolating himself from society. This explains why he lived on the outskirts of the town. It's because he looks down on humans for their "cowardice" from not supporting his ideas, and it is because he believes in him being "smarter than" humans.

This is why he eventually adopted the four children and secretly launched an experiment on them with no one other than them, and Franklin knows, which turns to be a big success. However, despite over the years of learning how well evolved his experiments are, Franklin forgets the effects of the tranquilizer only last for a month, and he does not have a plan to deal with the specimens when they woke up. This resulted in Franklin later being killed, as the four children escape from his mansion and fled the town.

Our Happy Times

We thought he was a good person, we believed in him, but he was using us to benefit himself all along. Now, look what has he did to us, making us hiding from everyone for the rest of our lives. We were once humans. We once experienced many emotions, happiness, sadness, anger, fear, and even worry. But now, there's only cautious, strict, and think twice before acting.

It all started a few years ago. I was raised in an orphanage along with my little sister Emily, she was three years old at that time, and I was six years old. So we never know who our birth parents were. The orphanage had said they found us lying near the entrance door when it was a stormy night outside.

I've been around here a while now, and it's fun. The kids in the orphanage would usually invite me to hang out with them. But, of course, I always asked the orphanage owner to look after Emily to ensure her safety while I'm away. Emily is the last member of my family. She is everything to me. I would die to keep her safe in one peace.

We both enjoy our lives in the orphanage until one day, a man came in and asked for adoption. Surprisingly, he chooses Emily and me. After filling in the paperwork, we both got in his car, and he drove us back to his mansion. We happen to know that the man who adopted us names Franklin Jones, and he recently adopted another pair of siblings, Nicolas Jeffery and his younger brother Edge Jeffery. We both arrive at his mansion, which is located somewhere on the outskirts of the town. We did get along with the other siblings. I find Nicolas very cool. We usually talk to each other about our favorite television shows while our siblings are busy playing with the toys that Franklin bought for them.

Although despite living a good life in the mansion, I find it kind of weird and a little curious about Franklin, he's a mysterious man, and there's little to know about him when I asked him why he lives all alone on the outskirts. Of the town? Why can't we go to school like the other kids? Franklin told us that he moved to the outskirts so he could live a quiet life without hearing any noises that people would make outside of the town daily, and for why we couldn't go to school is because he already had other ways to educate us, but it's not the time yet. When I asked him what he was before adopting us, he replied he is a scientist who works for the government.

Nicolas and I are both curious about Franklin's former job, we wanted to know more of what progress he made during his time still being a scientist, but whenever any of us tries to ask him, he always ignored and change the topic. We seriously have no idea why he doesn't want to talk about himself. But we didn't care much about it, because we have the best time of our lives.

A few years later, Emily and Edge are now six years old. Nicolas and I turned nine. Franklin told us he has a surprise for us down in the basement and asked us to come with him. So we follow him down the stairs into the dark basement. Our siblings are talking to each other, guessing what could be in the deep dark basement. I don't know why he wanted us to go down such a dark place like this, but maybe it's because this is part of the surprise. I am also thoughted about what surprise he had for us too.

When we finally reach the bottom of the basement, Franklin turned on the lights, and what awaits all of us wasn't what we were expecting. Right in front of our eyes are four beds, and beside them are surgery tools. Before realizing what was happening, I suddenly fell to the ground, and my vision began to blur before blacking out.

I woke up to find that Nicolas, his brother, and my sister were all strap on the four beds with belts. We saw Franklin walking towards us while wearing his scientist outfit. I asked him how is this possible? Didn't Franklin say being a scientist was his former job? Franklin replied with an evil laugh.

"Former job? FORMER JOB?! Did you think someone like me, a great scientist who is smarter than anyone, would easily quit his job? Oh no, Jackle, this is why I look down on humanity. They were always stupid and never used their brains at the rightful moments," said Franklin.

It took me time to think, but I then realized an inhuman meaning behind those words. Franklin is someone who looks down on humanity because he believes he is more intelligent than them. From what I know, he's about to do something terrible to us. Franklin steps forward with a surgery knife and with his last words.

"It's time for the experiment," said Franklin.

He immediately starts to cut open all of our stomachs and pull out all of the organs inside of us. We could feel the pain. All of us were crying for help and hoping for it to stop. Still, no matter how hard we try to resist, we couldn't move, it was endless torture we had to suffer, before all of a sudden, my vision began to blur again, that's when I know I'm dying, but before that, I saw Franklin taking out a red stone and head towards me.

It was dark. Am I dead? Is this Heaven? Why is it so dark? Wait, what is that shining light? I slowly opened my eyes and find myself still strap on the table, but Franklin is nowhere to be seen. I looked over to see my sister is still all right. However, I was shocked and angered. What the hell did Franklin do you her?! Emily's human skin is wholly bleached white, I tried to break free, and I did. I got up and run over to her and check on her condition she was still okay. There were no injuries. I sigh in relief before going over and check Nicolas. Oh my god, I didn't know what to say when I saw him and his brother lying unconscious.

I was frozen in fear when I see their faces. I almost puked. It's hard even to call them humans anymore. Nicolas and his little brother's skin color were turned entirely dark grey. They were found to have jagged mouths, with long sharp pointy teeth and razor-sharp black nails, which I assume must be claws. What the hell did Franklin do to them? That's what I have in mind. Before I could even walk over and inspect them, Nicolas suddenly opened his eyes and got up. He roared in anger and tried to break free of himself.

He got out of the table and began to roar at me, shouting about where Franklin is. I just stayed silent and slowly back off before he stopped and noticed me.

"Huh, who are you?" he asked in a furious look while backing off.

I told him that it was me, his adoptive sibling. He slowly calmed down and asked whether if I saw Franklin, I shook my head, he turned around to see Edge lying unconscious. He runs over and checks his condition, hoping that Edge is alive, and thank god, he is fine. While Nicolas breaks free of his younger sibling, I notice a newspaper on the table right beside me. I walked over and looked at it before calling over for Nicolas to come and check.

"What's that you found?" he asked.

He walked over and saw some documents that I found left on the table. We began to look through a few documents he had during his research, and to our surprise, we couldn't believe it. It turns out we were in a state of coma for five months. While we're at it, Dr. Franklin did a few experiments on our bodies.

Document 1: Project UTLMF - Day-01:

The subject can heal from absolutely anything, even if nothing is remaining of the subject. One will be as frail and vulnerable as before, but every injury shall cease; critical injuries will be healed in a matter of seconds, if not instantly. Destruction results in complete restoration. Irreversible wounds will heal just like normal wounds.

All forms of cellular injuries and disease infection will be healed at metaphysical levels, rewritten all damage to a mere dream, even if said injuries appeared before the regeneration powers are obtained, such as heredity illnesses and unformed limbs. Because the cells and telomere lengths will not shorten in any way, they do not age, and all forms of sustenance intake required are utterly removed. The subject is immune to drugs, disease, and all harmful foreign substances and will be forever in their optimal health and physical prime.

The regeneration will extend to one's mental, emotional, spiritual, and temporal existence as much as their physical state, rendering all damage to the mind, soul, and timeline restored to its perfect working state. Thus, even if the subject is annihilated from all aspects of their existence, i.e., if something completely erases the subject from the past, present, and future on a conceptual/metaphysical, the existence of the subject would still be restored without fail.

Document 2: Project UTLMF - Day-02:

The subjects have no physical and mental weaknesses, giving them immunity to everything that may harm their healing factor, essentially making them invincible and immune to anything.

It would've appears as the subject can quickly adapt to absolutely any situation, automatically gaining the necessary attributes to face them. For example, they may adapt themselves to resist abilities in a fight, replicate and enhance them to surpass their opponents, or spontaneously develop specific countermeasures. They can also analyze and understand any object, person, or situation, quickly deducing the best course of action.

They may develop metaphysical senses when searching for something, transformations when facing too many or powerful opponents, possible teleportation when trying to reach a faraway destination, etc.

Subjects can quickly recover from any damage, develop immunities to their source, even rebuild themselves from scratch (or environmental materials/energies if destroyed), and are thus virtually indestructible.

Document 3: Project UTLMF - Day-03:

From my experience with the specimens, while they're in a coma, I must say there is a potential the subjects may develop a supreme mental and physical condition. Their strength, speed, mind, and other qualities are vastly superior to other beings. Wait, of course, there is a possible chance. I must test it right now.

Document 4: Project UTLMF - Day-04:

From my very own concern, the subjects have seemed to develop the power to create, shape, and manipulate energy, the capacity or ability to cause change or do work: one of the most basic quantitative properties of a system, such as an object or a field of energy. Energy can be transformed (converted) among several forms that may manifest and be measurable differently. Energy conservation law states that a system's (total) energy can increase or decrease only by transferring it in or out of the system. Thus the full power of a system can be calculated by simple addition when it is composed of multiple non-interacting parts or has multiple distinct forms of energy.

Common physical forms of energy include the kinetic energy of a moving object, the radiant energy carried by light and other electromagnetic radiation, and various types of potential energy such as gravitational and elastic.

Document 5: Project UTLMF - Day-05:

Today, I made a significant discovery, the subject known as Jackle was found to have been able to fly at super-high speeds, such as supersonic, hypersonic, or even light speeds. Thanks to some blood samples and cell testing.

There are many more, but we decided to stop reading and focused on the main issue. We then found a newspaper left beside the documents, we take a look, and we were shocked by the discovery we just made. The newspaper has claimed that Franklin is a former member of the government agency. He worked as part of a researching facility, the head scientist of the group. He was a successful man who earned all the praise from the agency for his intelligence and outstanding leadership. However, this wasn't until one day, Franklin's desire causes him to be obsessed with human evolution. It was always Franklin's childhood dream. He was obsessed with creating a real-life superior lifeform.

That's when we realize what is happening. Franklin took the four of us in wasn't because he wants child adoption, its because he was using us as his resources and evidence to show the world that he had created an actual ultimate life form. We now came to know that Franklin is no ordinary man. He is a wanted criminal that is on the runaway from the government. A heartless psycho that only cares for himself. A delusional mad scientist who is obsessed with his creation. Just then, we heard the door of the basement open.

We immediately hid behind the stairs and waited for Franklin to come down. When he comes, we could see that he has a shocking reaction to find that we were gone, and only our younger siblings are left behind. When he is about to turn around, Nicolas rushed forward and bit off his head. Then, he grabbed Edge and told me to get Emily so they could all escape from this hell hole.

After we exit the mansion, while we were walking in the middle of the road, Nicolas turned around and asked me where are we heading?

I told him that we should probably head elsewhere other than the town where we murdered Franklin. One thing for sure, I'm not looking for a home that is deep in the woods. I told Nicolas perhaps we should be heading to a big and wide city because our siblings are afraid of the dark and stormy nights.

He nodded in agreement. As we all left, I looked at him and asked Nicolas how Franklin's head tasted like?

"It's pretty delicious, although I didn't know why," he said.

I just stayed silent and wondered what will our lives even be like now? But now, one thing for sure, we must always think before we could trust someone.
