On a dark, foggy night, two girls known as Sara Cooper and Skye Harper had wandered into the woods. Sara clung to Skye as they treaded through the woods. "U-Ummm, Skye, do you really think this is a good idea?" Sara wondered. Skye giggled at her scared friend. "C’mon, Sara, be brave!" Skye encouraged. Sara nodded, but a sudden rustle of the bushes beside them made her jump. Skye chuckled, and they kept walking down the dirt path. As they moved through the woods, the fog became thicker, and little whispers of chanting could be heard. Small breezes rustled the leaves of the pine trees. The fog was now thick enough that they couldn't see the path. Soon enough, the two girls had become lost. "Ooh, I knew we shouldn’t have come out here!" Sara whined. "Calm down, we’ll—" Skye suddenly yawned, causing her to breathe in the thick fog, making her more drowsy. "Now's not the time to nap!" Sara exclaimed, snapping her fingers in Skye’s face to wake her. Suddenly, a twig snapped, causing their eyes to dart in the direction of the noise. "Who's there?!" Sara called out. She scanned her surroundings, then looked back at Skye, who wasn’t there. Sara’s heart beat quickly. The sudden screech made her heart almost stop. “Skye!” Sara called out, but there was no answer. It went dead quiet, and her anxiety heightened as her eyes darted to every corner. Sara started to yawn; something about the fog was making her sleepy. She needed to get out of there. She dashed through the woods, at the same time hearing footsteps behind her. She looked beside her and saw a figure running towards her. As the figure approached her, she heard chanting in her ears. Sara started to feel sleepy, slowing down until she came to a stop. The chanting became louder, making her head hurt. She shook her head to get the chanting to stop and started running again. Once she spotted the exit to the forest, she darted towards it, fighting the exhaustion. After she finally made it to the exit, she stopped abruptly and looked back. She gazed at the slim figure that emerged from the fog. She wore a tight, white, sleeveless, and backless blood-stained dress that had a medium-sized white bow tie wrapped around her neck. She had black eyes with no pupil or sclera. She had auburn hair and black antennas like a moth. She also had light gray skin and a long black tail with a stinger at the end that could be seen swirling around in agitation. “Scurry away, little mouse. I’ll find you,” said the woman. Without a second thought, Sara did just that; she scurried away and came home shaking in fear. A year later, after the loss of her friend Skye, Sara soon found out that the woman she met was called Ibu, or The Sleepwalker.
