Unusual Circumstances[]

Hi, my name's Ava, and I'm being chased. Okay, maybe that's not the right term. Being followed would be a more appropriate term. But still. Maybe I should explain this better, but I don't fucking know. I've never had to do something like this before. Yeah, the random call to the police to report domestic problems, but never in a hundred years did I believe I would post something like this online.

I guess I should start at the beginning. This all started when I was a little kid. I grew up in a severely Christian household, making it impossible for me to be, well, me. Couple that with a lot of moving around and abuse, you have the perfect recipe for a mentally fucked-up individual. I grew up with just my parents, I didn't have any siblings. I did have a cat I named Athena when I turned ten. That's when I discovered my love for animals.

I've been diagnosed with ADHD, depression, and anxiety since I was 13. I've been tested for all the mental disorders under the sun, but only a few have been positive.

Um, I guess you didn't need to know that. By the time I turned eighteen, I decided to go to an animation school near where we were during my senior year. The fee was huge, but thankfully, I had been saving up money ever since I got a job, but even then, I barely had enough to enroll in the school.

It's been two years since then, and things have gone from okay to horrible. First, my beloved cat died, leaving me alone with a roommate that was the spawn of the devil. Then, this thing started to follow me around. It looked like, I dunno, a fucking eye that had blood floating around it.

I call it the Blood Cloud Eye. It's fucking disgusting, and it would leave bloodstains everywhere. I thought I was hallucinating, I didn't think it was real. Then, Karia, (The spawn of the devil) said she wanted me to clean up all the red shit I was throwing around. When I asked what in the fuck she was talking about, she just pointed to a bloodstain.

At first, I thought the fucker was just fake because I was only getting like three hours of sleep, leaving me sleep-deprived. I've heard stories about people working with a character for long enough with no sleep that they see the shit everywhere. But, at this point, he started to show up. I don't know his name, origin, or even if the fucker was a guy. I think because my dad was always one to rough me up, I saw him as a guy.

I didn't see him very often, but every time I did, my blood would run cold. The guy never showed his actual face, wearing this creepy Egyptian death mask. It looked surreal, each feature painted on with care. Thin lips, the weird headdress thing, fake beard, and no fucking eyes. The eyes weren't there, replace with weird symbols that don't make any sense to me.

This guy has been following me around for about three months now. I'm starting to think this is some sick joke. I can't sleep anymore, I'm too worried that the man will somehow break-in. I've seen him every-fucking-where, even in the bathrooms. I've been waking up to strange marks all over my body, and I'm at the point of a nervous breakdown. I've always had extreme paranoia, but at this point, anxiety is all I can feel.

Maybe at this point, the guy is a hallucination, and so is the eye. The blood could be something I was painting with, or drawing with. I don't fucking know.

That brings me to this post. I have no fucking idea what's happening to me, and I wanted to share my experience. My mind is breaking, and I don't know if I can make it out of this still sane. I-

What was that? I-I-I-i think I just heard a scream. Or maybe it was just the wind. I can see a shadow behind me. It darted out of the window. I think I'm going to leave it here for now. If I don't post in the next month, send a distress signal, something. I don't know if this will get to any of you, but I pray to the gods above someone reads this. This is Ava, signing out.
