“Do you wish to play a game?”

“No, I’m not in the mood.”

“What’s wrong?”

“You know perfectly well what’s wrong!”

“Perhaps, but I don’t let something as small as that weigh me down.”

“You really think what you just did was small?!?”

“Why shouldn't I? Why shouldn't you?”

“Why shouldn't I?!? After what you just did?!?”

“If I recall, you helped me. You’re equally guilty. You were the one holding the ax.”

“And you were the one who swung it.”

“That I did.”

“Leave me alone. Now.”

“What would you do if I don’t? Hmm? Are you going to chop me up too?”

“You made me do it! You’re the one to blame here! All of this was your sick little idea! You’re the one who swung the ax! You’re the one who laughed when the head rolled beside your foot!”

“You wanted to laugh as well. You know it’s true.”

“No, it’s not.”

“Go ahead and lie to yourself. We both know you enjoy the things we do together.”

“Shut up! I’m tired of hearing your voice! Tired of seeing the bodies in my dreams!”

“Haven’t those been the sweetest dreams you've had in years?”

“Why won’t you shut up?”

“Because you want to keep on listening.”

“No, I don’t.”

“You don’t believe a single word you've said, do you?”

“Shut up.”

“You want to stay on the path I’m on.”

“I said shut up!”

“You know that what I say is right.”

“Stop it now!”

“You know the truth of all this, don’t you?”

“You know that I am humanity in its true form, don’t you?”

“I’m not listening…”

“You know the fate of mankind. You know it starts with us!”

“I’m not listening!”

“You know the destiny of mankind and that we have realized it, yet you refuse to put it into motion!”

“I’m not listening!”

“Say it with me now. The fate of mankind…”

“No! I’m not listening!”

“I know you know the words. The fate of mankind is…”

“…To destroy itself…”

“I knew you remembered. You remember the rest, don't you?”

“The fall of man, will not be of external forces, but of its own internal conflict.”

“As if you know it by heart.”

“I... I do. Just... What do you want me to do?”

“Oh, you already know the answer. Great minds think alike, after all, especially when they are one.”
