One Question, Many Answers
The Following was recorded from a page at Yahoo Answers before it was taken down mysteriously. Some people I talk to write this off as a prank, a group prank, or one user using several accounts. Still, I found it creepy when I ran into the fiasco before I had an account. I kept going back and sometimes it updated. No matter how much I wanna believe those that disregard it as a big hoax, there are things I still can't explain. And the circumstances and implications will haunt me forever.
The following is a retelling of a phenomenon I find disturbing, Reader Discretion Is Advised

Question: Hey guys, first time on here, could any of you offer me a logical explanation for why my closet door keeps opening? Thanks, I'm sure it's nothing really, but reassuring words couldn't hurt, right?

Answer: Your closet door probably has loose hinges. Did you even think to check?

Reply to BulbasaurasRex82: You're right, I should probably check that out. LOL Sorry guys.

Update: Hey guys. I've been busy, but I wanted to update you on my, well problem I guess. I couldn't find any means to suggest that it should open. It shuts properly, and won't open if I lock it. I've tugged with all my strength, so it's not loose.
Another thing I meant to tell you since the first of May, I don't hear it open. Yeah, I'm a very light sleeper and I don't hear it open. I only know that it must open at night, because I make sure it's shut before I go to bed (Because I'm scared of monsters LOL), and when I wake up the next morning, the first thing I see is my pesky closet door, opened ajar. To clarify, I live alone, there's no one here to prank me. I'm sorry guys, I'm usually not this excitable, but I can't explain this, and I need some answers, the other ones won't do.

Answer: I HATE to say it, but I think you've got an intruder!! Somebody that broke in, and sneaks around. In hiding during the day, sneaks around at night. You should call the police, and leave immediately!!!

Answer: I think you need to take Bulbasaur's advice, Barbara! This sounded spooky and ghostly at first, but now I think you might be in real danger! Get help, call the cops before something happens!

Answer: Woah! What is all this? If something's really going down, you'd better get help.
(I silently agreed with them. I think I found this entertaining back then, like an online scary story. I remember getting comfortable and reading it in my old bedroom. Highschool nostalgia, before things got too frightening.)

Update: Hey. I didn't expect to get this much attention. And that is NOT why I've been doing this! I took Bulbasauras' advice. Not before fleeing up the block to my Best Friends house. She let me stay for the past 8 days, I think. When I got Bulbasaur's message on the 11th, I couldn't scream I was so badly terrified. I almost left without locking the doors, and I bolted. I called the police two days later, and they couldn't find any signs of a break in, or an intruder. They were reassuring, and they were sure I would feel better about it. My Best Friend was all for it. I don't care. I don't take the report comforting. My friend is acting supportive, and says I can stay with her as long as I need to, but I can tell she's getting impatient with my company. I feel frightened of my own home, and I dread going back guys. I don't know what's wrong, but I'm afraid. I'm going there soon, but I ABSOLUTELY dread it!!! I feel like a blind man, that knows he's stepping into dangerous territory, but he CAN'T help himself. Please guys, this has gotten much scarier than I thought! Please tell me what to do!

Answer: It's okay. This is a frightening situation. I'm completely sympathetic toward you. When you work up the nerve, you should take out, buy, if you haven't already, a gun. In case there is an intruder, you need to have it with you at all times. Sleep with it. Your a light sleeper, if the intruder wakes you up, shoot him. OR, fake him out! Pretend to be asleep, gun hidden at your side, then when you see the creep sneak in for his nightly rounds, SHOOT THE BASTARD! And I know this is scary, but when you face things like this, you gotta think about what's best for you!

Update: Hey guys! I seem to have left you in the dark again and I'm sorry! I've seen checking back that their was nervous discussion and flame wars. I won't say names, but I understand the tension. I went back on the 21st with a gun that Missy let me borrow (Yes, my friend). I was really nervous for the first few days, I even expected to be jumped upon entering the house. I had the nagging fear that I had left something unlocked when I fled. And that, ironically, that would have been my downfall. I slept with the gun, for the first three nights, but I also stayed up the first three. I was never so exhausted in all my life! The fear had suddenly vanished, I cared about nothing and felt comfortable in my home for the first time since May 11th. My eyes slowly shut and I saw it. I saw the damn closet door open silently. It had always creaked when I opened it manually. It felt so unrealistic. And stirring from sleep, I expected to be attacked slowly. I heard evil giggling, but it was in my head. It was a surreal encounter, and I remember seeing before I closed my eyes, that my closet was indeed, empty. It opened wider than it usually did (I was sleeping with the lights on). So, I came to terms with something, maybe I don't fully understand what's going on, but it's not dangerous like I thought. It could be something totally normal, I'm not saying it isn't, but whatever it is I accept it. I'm moving on with my life. I wanna thank you all, especially BulbasaurasRex82 for his support and advice. I believe without his help, I would have never gotten through this.
I'm done with this page now, and just thank you all for all the help, advice and just any attention. Despite what Vicky said, I needed it.
Afterword:
Upon reading this update I got back to my life too, and abandoned the page. I didn't bother checking out the responses this time, I just went to things I actually still liked. I almost completely put the online commocion out of my head. It was filled with online music, girls and homework. Almost completely.
See, I began waking up to these knocking sounds, that were so faint, one might place them in their imagination. But one night I followed the sounds, I couldn't take the suspense. This time I really was awake. I was up and out of bed, and I was still hearing it! it was not in my head! I know it was real!
I followed the nearly non-existant sound, followed it through the blanket of darkness that engulfed my bedroom.
I felt disoriented, felt like I was in some kind of danger, but I was too calm about it, that when the danger actually hurt me, it would be much worse. Much worse because I couldn't brace for the impact of it.
And that's when I realized, I found it. The source. The source of all the knocking. It was my closet door. I waited, nothing. A sense of reality overtook me. Surely this was some fool-on-me stupor my nightmare had put me in. This goose chase was just brought on by being half asleep, and dreaming of that stupid blog that turned out to be a false alarm anyway! I knew this was the truth, good old reality, and I was ready to go back to sleep.
knock. knock. knock. Such quiet knocking. knock. knock. knock. It's almost like it really wasn't there. knock. knock. knock. I pictured that the door would open, I didn't have a lock on my closet, but it never did. Being haunted for the next year by this might have been what prompted me to check up on "Just Barbara".
