Does anyone know of any high quality horror literature websites, or high quality literature sites in general?
A few months ago I posted a blog asking if anyone knew of any high quality horror literature websites. It didn't get too many responses so now I'm trying my luck in the forums.
While I love older Creepypastas, newer ones are just lacking (no offense to anyone). I was around for Creepypasta's golden age, and I feel like everything written after it ended (around 2013) is just bland. It has been literal years since I last found a Creepypasta that I thought was memorable, and I am hoping to find some stories out there that have the same magic to them that CP used to.
Of course, I don't plan on leaving this site, especially since it is where most of the stories from the good old days are archived.
Anything before is 2013 is mostly either boring and has people drooling all over it because it's a "classic" or is utter garbage, ei, Jeff The Shriller and Eyeless Jaqcue.
I do hope you actually have good stories from that time around.
Also, just read books, by actual selling authors... these tend to be good :)

I do. I've spent my entire life reading actual books, and am proud to say that my book collection is reaching 300 actual-paper books which I accumulated over the span of my life.

So buy more books, or start reading Banned In CP's series on the site.

I am planning on buying a new book each month.
As much as I like reading physical books, I also enjoy reading online stories especially because most of them are short.
And besides, I would like something to read while waiting for my new books to arrive. I have to order them online because my local Barnes & Noble is pretty much just a cafe anymore, and all my Walmart sells are those tawdry paperback books and the Harry Potter series.

Are you referring to reddit's NoSleep? If so, redditpastas are crap, even less bareable than the stuff on here.

I was, of course, talking about new ones. I know reddit was the source of a few good ones in the past, but its quality fell quicker and lower than the CPW.

You probably should make that slightly more clear next time. Oh, by the way, NoSleep has its own podcast.

I don't really need to be because redditpastas were almost always bad. I did acknowledge it had good ones, but it always had bad ones by the handful.

I've a great suggestion... open a history book on military conflicts. Should give you some food for thought and some gut wrenching.

Why do I feel like I've been told this before?
Dunno, it makes sense though
He said that because he has been told that before. Remember hisWhat Really Happened at a Nazi Concentration Camp story on Writer's Workshop? Dr. Bob told him to do research, that is why it sounds familiar.
