I circled the object the little girl was frightened of.
This picture was taken on a mobile phone. The little girl you see crying refused to be part of the group, as she said a little boy was scaring her. Thinking very little of her tantrum, the little girl's mother took the photo anyway. She later discovered what the child was crying about.
Look closely at the knee-height space between the second and third girl from the left. That, I suspect, is the reason the little girl was crying.
