Creepypasta Wiki

I'm not a particularly social person and haven't really utilized community features like the forums or blogs, largely out of anxiety and shyness. However, I've decided to bite the proverbial bullet and write my first blog post because I'm very excited over my story, The Children of Woodharrow Park , having won Pasta of the Month and I believe some thanks are in order.

When I wrote my story I never predicted that it would be read by more than a handful of eyes, much less narrated by multiple channels or nominated for Pasta of the Month. The Woodharrow kids were the product of a fever dream I had over a year ago; I jotted down a few paragraphs and then mostly forgot about them until I decided to revisit the concept after I started writing horror fiction earlier this year. I had a lot of fun fleshing out my fever-induced nightmare into a full story, but I didn't expect to receive all the wonderful feedback that I've been given and continue to be surprised in the best possible way that people enjoy it. Though I've only been posting on the Creepypasta Wiki for a short while, I've really enjoyed my time here and it's helped me grow as a writer.

I would like to extend gratitude towards

  • Postuhenin for nominating my story
  • EmpyrealInvective for posting my story on the main page and setting up my author category
  • Every person who has left me encouragement, advice, and constructive criticism on any of my stories, particularly when I first started posted on here and was still learning how to properly use the wiki
  • Everyone who has beautifully narrated my story

Thank you once again for all your help and feedback, I appreciate it more than words can express!
