Re-App Superplankofdeath

hello i am superplankofdeath. and i am making this re-app for chat mod because i am very vigilant in chat. i know the rules off by heart by now and would know well if somebody is breaking them. i am also in chat almost every day for a long time. i have been active on the wiki for over one year and i am very used to the wiki and chat. i am very capable of making good and unbiased decisions when it comes to that. i have experience with modship due to having it elsewhere and here for a while. i know all the tools and how to work them.
