Suggestions from other writers please?

Hey guys, I need help with a story, I have many to post but I want to make one that is killer. Any suggestions that would be interesting or a plot twist of your desires? I just want to come out with a story that a good group of people would like to read or maybe get a thrill out of it, so please can I get some suggestions?
