Welcome

Hi, welcome to Creepypasta Wiki! Thanks for your edit to the Windows XP's revenge page.

Please be sure to read all of the Site Rules, as it is important to follow them. Failure to abide by them may result in your account being blocked.

Read some new pastas by checking out the article index or browse by topic by checking out the Genre Listing. You can also read some of the best stories our wiki has to offer by checking out Suggested Reading. Finally, you can check out stories written by authors of the wiki in User Stories.

Please leave a message on my talk page if I can help with anything!

Story deletion

Your story has been deleted because it doesn't meet the wiki's quality standards. If you feel that it did meet the standards, please state your case on Deletion Appeal. Make sure you follow the instructions to the letter there, or your appeal will be automatically denied.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REUPLOAD YOUR PASTA. If you upload it again, you'll receive a 1-day ban from editing, as per the rules.

Read the Deletion FAQ and our Style Guide for Writing for details on the 'what' and 'why' of the deletions we make.

Read this guide and these blog posts for further details on how you can improve your story/stories to make them meet our quality standards.

For additional help, submit your story to the Writer's Workshop for feedback.

There was awkward wording, grammatical issues (your= possessive, you're= you are), formatting, and plot issues (the story needs work on its pacing, descriptive elements, and overall conclusion) which resulted in your story failing to meet our quality standards. Notice

This site does not allow for roleplaying due to its tendency to cause drama and in-fighting. Encouraging others to do so in your comments by roleplaying as fictional characters is a violation of our site rules and the next occurrence of this will result in a temporary ban. Re: Story

Here's a copy of your story. Please note that re-posting it without going through the proper channels (see my message above) will result in its deletion and a temporary ban as per our site rules. I would strongly suggest heavily revising your story and working on the issues I mentioned above if you plan on appealing. EmpyrealInvective (talk) 02:45, April 28, 2020 (UTC)

Warning! Unfinished Page

Please don't contribute unfinished pages. We get a lot of these, and almost none of them are EVER finished in a timely manner. Your unfinished page has been deleted. I'd suggest you post unfinished pages on your own computer in a notepad or other text document, or if it isn't your own computer that you're using, to save the text on Pastebin so you can access it later. Posting an unfinished page again will result in a block.

As stated above, we don't accept unfinished stories because they are rarely finished on time. In combination, your first entry doesn't work as a standalone as there's no introduction, rising action, or conclusion. It's an introduction and it's incomplete. Please read our site rules as you've broken two in the past few hours by encouraging roleplaying and posting unfinished stories. EmpyrealInvective (talk) 03:20, April 28, 2020 (UTC)

There were widespread punctuation (punctuation lacking from dialogue or misused in sentences), formatting (indenting caused the formatting issues you saw. Additionally two speakers should not be in the same paragraph. This is spaced out to avoid misattribution), awkward wording, grammatical (see above), and plot issues (the story needs work on its pacing, descriptive elements, and overall conclusion) which resulted in your story failing to meet our quality standards. A number of these issues were present in your previous story. I'm going to suggest using the writer's workshop for your next one as this is quite a lot to overlook. It's a place where you submit your story for feedback. Reviewers read the posts there and look for any possible issues (like the ones I pointed out above) and provide advice. The link is included in the deletion message. Additionally, please make sure to read the guidelines and follow them as failure to do so may result in your thread being closed/removed. If you don't have a copy of your story, I can provide one. Have a good one. EmpyrealInvective (talk) 19:10, April 28, 2020 (UTC)

Please do not post artwork you did not make in Discussions. That Thomas artwork has been floating around for a while so I'm reasonably sure you did not make it.

HopelessNightOwl (talk) 05:26, May 14, 2020 (UTC)

I already deleted it, so no worries.
I know you weren't trying to claim ownership of it, but due a history of art plagiarism in Discussions by certain users, we've had to take a hard stance on non-OC artwork.
