SilenceoftheShadows (talk) 14:03, July 20, 2016 (UTC) Sorry I wasn't sure what constituted as an "edit" on a marked for review article. apologies
- No problem. Basically, if it's not a mistake, don't change it. We like to maintain the integrity of the author's original work as much as possible here. Always ask yourself, "Is this an actual mistake?" before making an edit, and you should be fine. Have a good one.
You have edited an already existing story—adding or deleting more lines, modifying the plot of the story or changing the story altogether, possibly without the permission of the author.
This may be considered as vandalism. First offense is a warning. Repeated offenses will earn you a lengthy ban.
Some of your edits to your story The Twilight Tango have been pretty minor, bordering unnecessary. For example, here you changed what was a perfectly fine sentence to include the word "injuries" again, resulting in the word "injuries" appearing three times between it and the next sentence, which sounds worse than it did before. Or here, where you add a pretty much useless word and the letter "i" incorrectly, at the end of the story.
Although I know you want to improve your story, please read our rules on Pointsgaming. It's fine to make a lot of changes, but please try to combine them into a single edit instead of making lots of edits. At this point, it sort of seems that you're just editing your story to bump it up in the RC, which is against our rules here.
