A Heads-up

I read your story and I enjoyed it. I liked the dialogue clashing between the characters and the Richard's inner conflict driving the climax of the story. I just wanted you to know that I made a few changes to the format (if you don't put a full paragraph between paragraphs, the wiki formatting joins everything together in a large paragraph) as well as properly leaving dialogue tags uncapitalized ("“Dammit!!” he yelled out loud"), and altering the category of the story. Currently the category of "ghosts", "Beings", "Demon/Devil", etc. are standalone and shouldn't be used for the same entity. If you meant it more as a ghost story (ala "An American Werewolf in London") you can switch out the beings category for ghosts.

A final note, I would go about citing the original author (or if you are the original author, providing a link to the site where you originally posted it) as a means of avoiding possible issues of plagiarism. EmpyrealInvective (talk) 19:10, May 22, 2017 (UTC)
No problem, let me know if you have any questions on the site rules or general site questions. EmpyrealInvective (talk) 19:17, May 22, 2017 (UTC)
Last piece of advice and I'll stop bugging you, the template you were looking for (I corrected it) is this: {{By-user|The King of Maggots}}. It provides a link to your user page and adds you under a license (which you can view by clicking the link in the template). Have a good one. EmpyrealInvective (talk) 19:23, May 22, 2017 (UTC)
Don't worry about it, I'm sure you'll get back into the swing of things. Until then, don't hesitate to ask for help or if you have any questions. EmpyrealInvective (talk) 20:10, May 22, 2017 (UTC)

I was going to try and get to you through your FictionPress account, but the 24 hour block on new users kinda blocked me there. Not sure if you ever bother checking around here, but your story has been plagiarized by one Edward Michael Emmering. From what I've gathered, he's had 'his' book out for months and it's skipped by fairly unnoticed up until this point. Your Friendly Neighborhood Toddler (talk) 00:13, October 16, 2017 (UTC)
